The bridge over the gorge between the Botanical Gardens and Denmark’s Wild Plants is once again passable and extremely safe. Nicolaj and Jeppe from Timber Byg completed the work on Thursday, replacing the bridge girders and reassembling all the parts of the bridge. With new measures, it should then be several years before repairs need to be made to the bridge again.

The Friends’ successful plant sale is now closed for the year, but there are plenty of plants on the way for a spring 2023 opening.

With the current and somewhat surprisingly low temperatures, it’s also time for the big Gunnera to be covered up – that will probably happen this week.
