2024 has really kicked off with some unusual winter weather – a blizzard followed by almost arctic cold, which is likely to keep many people indoors. This is by no means the case in the Botanical Garden – countless footprints in the snow clearly show that the Garden is a favourite destination for a walk, even if there are no flowering plants to enjoy. The Friends also met for the first Friday morning coffee of the year – 11 members exchanged many good and enjoyable stories after a two-week break – here we go!
