Although it has been very windy and with 0 mm of rain over the past two weeks, the gardens are looking very nice with many flowering plants. It is holiday time for everyone – including our staff, so the Circle of Friends is helping as usual to maintain the beds in the many different gardens. So come out and enjoy the tranquillity of the Botanical Gardens, perhaps with a good ice cream from the ice cream parlour on the roundabout – then you know it is summer.
