Week 8
One of the Robinia trees on Kælkebakken has for a while been called a risk tree, as part of the trunk was hollow, so today the tree was felled and the Friends cleaned up nicely.
The Easter bells in the different beds are well underway with the flowering, just as the slightly special snowdrops in the Fern bed and the Primula bed seem to be doing really well.
During the week, about 45 trees will be delivered, which will form the basis for “Tjømaj’s wall” and thus delimit the material space. The trees are 5 – 6 m high, and weigh approx. 350 kg. so we need Jørgen’s backhoe again.
