The plant sale has reopened and the stream pump has supplied water to the canals, but will not be in continuous operation until next week – there are still many leaves blowing around.

It’s now dry everywhere, so I wonder if this weekend’s promised rain can provide some water for the thirsty plants – a little is also right, but the water hoses are laid out to the Garden’s taps, so we are prepared.
