So the summer heat has finally arrived—a rather abrupt transition from the cool weather. We’re enjoying it, and of course there’s plenty of reason to take a stroll and look at the plants. The peonies are in full bloom and the roses are well on their way—the insects are also starting to find their way to the plants that produce a lot of nectar, so there’s plenty to see out there.
