The queen of flowers in full bloom
Despite a somewhat harsh spring for the roses as well as for many other woody plants, it is now certain that in the Botanical Garden you can enjoy the sight of the roses' symphony of colors, the shape and fragrance of the flowers, and the plants' diversity in foliage and growth habit. The garden's permanent staff and members of the Circle of Friends have made a great effort to ensure that the plants recover from the harsh frosts of spring and can again be enjoyed in the summer months.
In all the other gardens there are also a multitude of flowers that can inspire new gardens or simply be enjoyed from one of the benches set up.
