We received about 10 mm of rain this past week, and whether that is what has really started the flowering in the Rose Garden remains to be seen, but at least there is a quite nice rose bloom and scent.
The rain has also done good to all other parts of the Garden's facilities, so there is plenty to enjoy in the city's green breathing space.
