Then the summer heat finally arrived – a rather abrupt transition from the cool weather. It is enjoyed, and there is ample opportunity to stroll around and look at the plants. The peonies are in full bloom and the roses are well on their way – the insects are also finding their way to the plants that produce a lot of nectar, so there is a lot to look at out there.
